I work best one-on-one with the person that's responsible for the vision and success of the company.

I don't do well in situations that involve final decisions by committee.

I figure the reason someone hires me is because they want my expertise. I'll fight for my vision up to a point ...when it becomes obvious that my vision is in serious conflict with someone's personal agenda, I'll just walk away from the situation before doing work I don't believe in.

My best work, that is: the work that holds-up over time, has always been born of gut instinct; totally unsupported by research until after the fact, and in hindsight ...always really obvious.

If you must see something that looks familiar to you in order to be comfortable, I'm probably not your guy.

If you already have a picture of what you want and just need someone to "clean it up and put it together", I'm definitely not your guy.

I will present the best work I can do. I will ask you to trust my instincts.

It's up to you then.
