This newspaper ad came about when the owner asked how we could "kill two birds with one stone" and run an ad in the newspaper that would both speak to customers like a display ad and let the community know we were hiring people to work in the restaurant like a classified ad (the newspapers don't allow display ads in the classified section). I'm not sure many applied for the jobs, but the ad did bring in customers.     signage     promotion
